We offer SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES at the exhibition
I. ADVERTISING BILBOARDS AT THE ENTRANCE OF EXHIBITION CENTRE "ATAKENT"

We are responsible for installation, dismantling, printing of billboards with your advertising. You should give us only design. Billboard size - 3m. х 5m. Duration of placing: 14 days (10 days before the exhibition and 4 days during exhibition).


II. GENERAL SPONSORSHIP
  • Placing of the logo, with the status of “General Sponsor”, on ad means: the catalogue, posters; banners in the city and at the exhibition; on the pavilion map with an arrow pointing towards the stand; on the press conference banner; invitation tickets; advertising
  • Mentioning of the company in announcements, press releases and articles. A VIP interview for the Iteca Exhibitions News.
  • Placing of the logo on the exhibition promo souvenirs (pens, visitor bags).
  • Full-color advertising in the catalogue, a special exhibition edition.
  • Speaking at the press conference, inserts in the press package.
  • 15 additional invitations for the night reception.
  • Promo souvenirs and information about the General Sponsor in the exhibitor packages and visitor packages (the ready-to-go materials are to be provided by the Sponsor).
  • PA advertising in the pavilion during all days (at least 5 times a day).

III. REGISTRATION SPONSORSHIP (in the event if General Sponsor is not available)
  • Placing of the logo, amongst other sponsors of the event, on ad means: the catalogue, posters, on the pavilion map with an arrow pointing towards the stand, mentioning in the press release.
  • Placing of the logo on registration desks (full-color), on visitor badges, on registration desks for visitors (black and white).
  • Registration personnel will be dressed in clothes with the sponsor’s logo.
  • PA advertising in the pavilion during all days (at least 3 times a day).
  • Dissemination of the registration sponsor’s ad products from registration desks.

IV. OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER SPONSORSHIP* (circulation – 10,000)
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • Advertising in the exhibition newspaper, on the last page;
  • Placing of the logo and description of the sponsoring company in the official exhibition newspaper and the official exhibition catalogue;
  • Placing of the of the sponsoring company’s banner (not more than 6 sq.m) in the pavilion during the exhibition;
  • Placing of the footnote on all pages of the newspaper.

V. SOUVENIR SPONSORSHIP*
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • The Sponsor’s logo in the catalogue and the official exhibition newspaper;
  • The Sponsor’s logo on plastic bags and pens;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s full-colour advertising in the exhibition catalogue, format А5.

VI. OFFICIAL CATALOGUE / CD SPONSORSHIP (circulation – 5,000)
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s logo on the front page of the catalogue;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s full-colour, format А5 advertising on page 4 of the catalogue;
  • Bookmark;
  • Placing of the full-colour logo on the Pavilion map in the catalogue;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s banner in the pavilion;
  • Placing of the footnote on all pages of the catalogue, excluding advertising columns.

VII. PRESS CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP*
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition press conference;
  • Placing of the posters with Sponsor’s logo in the press conference room;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s flags, boards and posters in the press centre;
  • The Sponsor’s logo in the official exhibition agenda;
  • The Sponsor’s logo next to the exhibition logo on press badges;
  • Dissemination of the Sponsor’s advertising materials in press folders at the press conference;
  • Mentioning of the Sponsor in a welcome speech at the press conference;
  • Speech by the Sponsor’s representative at the press conference.

VIII. INVITATION TICKETS SPONSORSHIP
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • The Sponsor’s logo on invitation tickets;
  • The Sponsor’s logo in the catalogue and the exhibition guide;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s full-colour, format А5 advertising in the exhibition catalogue.

IX. ENTERTAINMENT SPONSORSHIP
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • Logo on the banner in the entertainment venue room on Day Two (bowling, billiards, club party, etc.);
  • A welcome speech during the event;
  • Additional opportunities to decorate the venue room, carry out promo campaigns and a lottery.

X. NIGHT RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • Placing of the logo on invitation tickets for the reception;
  • Placing of the advertising (А5, full-colour) in the catalogue;
  • The sponsor’s banner in the night reception room;
  • A welcome speech during the event (5-7 minutes);
  • Additional opportunities to decorate the venue room, carry out promo campaigns and a lottery;
  • Additional 15 invitation tickets for the night reception.

XI. VIP LOUNGE/ BUSINESS CENTRE / INTERNET CAFÉ SPONSORSHIP
  • Announcement of the company as Official Sponsor of the exhibition;
  • Placing of the Sponsor’s full-colour, format А5 advertising in the exhibition catalogue;
  • The Sponsor’s logo in the catalogue and the exhibition guide;
  • PA advertising in the pavilion during all days (at least 3 times a day);
  • Decoration of the venue with your own advertising means;
  • An opportunity to carry out a promo campaign and give present for the guests.
