One steam convection oven can replace several types of equipment – a stove, fan oven, convection oven, tilting frying pan, food boiler, fryer, etc. In addition, the company’s stand will feature the Kovinastroy thermal line, shelving systems for Nordica shop and refrigeration equipment, Mariholodmash refrigerated display cases , and laundry equipment from Fagor, Pony and GMP.
