Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
On behalf of the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, I would like to welcome exhibitors and guests of the International Exhibition Everything for Hotels, Restaurants, Supermarkets – HOREX 2010.
This event has rightfully gained a reputation of the year’s major event in this business segment.
The exhibition is of interest both for professionals who have an opportunity to find some promising ideas, design and managerial solutions, learn about the latest technical novelties, and for common people who want to make their home cosier and arrange their diet according to the imperatives of the time and a healthy way of living.
This exhibition is especially important as Kazakhstan chairs the OSCE, when this country is going to be visited and objectively assessed – including the hotel and restaurant business development level – by numerous foreign delegations of the top level and foreign guests.
Based on the experience of this event, it is an unusual, vivid and lasting event which has a significant effect on aesthetic feelings of its visitors.
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to wish all exhibitors and guests of the International Exhibition Everything for Hotels, Restaurants, Supermarkets – HOREX 2010 to enjoy great impressions of this year’s event, succeed in implementing their ideas, creative and professional successes and achievements, prosperity and quality of life.

Dear Exhibitors and Guests,
On behalf of the Association of Chefs, I am happy to welcome exhibitors and guests of the 6th Central Asian international Exhibition HOREX 2010 – Everything for Hotels, Restaurants and Supermarkets!
This sector, like no other, has undergone radical changes this year: many facilities have revised their business policies, many restaurants and cafes have had layoffs and changed their menus and the overall business strategy. But this, undoubtedly, has upsides, too: screening and natural selection. Professionalism and diligence are currently the key criteria in the restaurant business. HOREX is an excellent proof of that, and it is an open secret that this exhibition is a current market reflection. You can see key players here and understand what companies continue their successful work during the crisis, and who failed to overcome difficulties. We are happy to witness the annual project growth as new companies join in and regular exhibitors remain to maintain their image and prove their value.
The Association of Chefs jointly with Iteca hold the traditional Culinary Congress, The Virtuosos of the Kitchen, when professional cooks demonstrate new and trendy recipes, show their excellence and skills not only in cooking but also in presentation of dishes. For three years, this event has had a solid and sound support from the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) – General Sponsor of the project, and we greatly appreciate that.
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to wish all exhibitors and guests of this event success in their undertakings, successful negotiations, prosperity and health!

Dear Exhibitors and Guests of the Exhibition,
On behalf of the Kazakhstan Association of Hotels and Restaurants (KAGIR), I am happy to welcome all exhibitors and guests of the 6th Central Asian International Exhibition HOREX 2010 – Everything for Hotels, Restaurants and Supermarkets!
Despite the economic crisis, the hotel market still boasts a powerful growth potential, which is confirmed by the deficit of demand and supply. This is a result of lack of high-quality projects. One can be sure that the hospitality market in Kazakhstan keeps its dynamic development like in previous years. HOREX is an excellent proof of this. We annually witness the growth of the exhibition and its professional development: exhibiting companies effectively use it to present their goods and services, show new equipment and demonstrate the latest know- hows.
HOREX is one of the brightest landmark events in Almaty. For the third time, the exhibition will include the Virtuosos of the Kitchen Culinary Congress which will undoubtedly – like in the past year – demonstrate the ultimate ingenuity of merited cooks from Kazakhstan and other countries. During the exhibition, KAGIR organises and conducts annual workshops and master classes for hotels. I am happy to see the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) as general sponsor of the Culinary Congress. The exhibition agenda is expected to be very interesting and busy.
I hope that all new exhibitors and visitors will achieve their goals and duly appreciate HOREX. May everyone enjoy success in their business, successful negotiations and a good luck in everything!
